We’re manifesting a magical Autumn Equinox, with you in mind!
Spirit Night Coven’s focuses include:
healing • justice • empowerment • creativity • positive sense of self • autonomy
We believe in every human’s right to autonomy, to love and marry freely, and to make their own reproductive choices. We affirm that Black lives matter, and we stand for the rights and freedoms of women, the LGBTQIA+ community, and BIPOC. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for sexual violence, and are committed to creating a safe, empowered, and inclusive space for our members to practice.
About Us
-
Spirit Night Coven is devoted to nurturing a safe spiritual community that offers sacred, meaningful spaces and experiences for Witches to grow together, as well as independently, on their unique pagan paths.
-
We believe nature, spirituality, magick, wisdom, the supernatural, and the divine universe are threads woven in the same web — they go hand-in-hand. While we deeply respect our members’ individual paths of worship and chosen deities, as a group we collectively honor the Elemental and Quarter Spirits and Celtic-centered deities.
We strive to live in harmony and respect of the natural world, life, the unseen, and the great mysteries the universe.
We don’t believe in religious or spiritual supremacy. Spirituality (or lack thereof) is deeply personal and fluid to each individual person and should never be judged or dismissed (unless it causes harm to self or others). Spirituality is a life-long, ever-changing, independent journey we navigate as we age and cycle through the changes of life. It’s molded by our environments, cultures, lived-experiences, traumas, successes, upbringings, explorations, access to literature and knowledge, self-identity, growth or lack thereof, and so much more. To believe one path is the “correct” path shows arrogance and lack of understanding and empathy.
-
In group practice, we perform rituals in honor of the phases of the Moon, celebrate the eight Sabbats in the Wheel of the Year (four minor: solstices and equinoxes — four major: spirit nights and cross-quarters), gain insight and clarity from astrological events, show appreciation for the changing of the seasons, and pay tribute to the energy and gifts of the Earth. We allow members to lead special magical interest rituals, classes, and workshops for members-only.
Together we utilize various forms and types of magick, including but not limited to:
divination readings, candle magick, herbalism, kitchen witchery, hearth & home spells, green/garden magick, hedge magick, astrology practices/readings, art magick, sigils, sympathetic magick, elemental magick, moon magick, and;
protection, shielding, grounding, visualisation, banishing, binding, healing, manifesting, attraction.
